YARD MAINTENANCE GUIDELINES

 

 

1. Lawns must be kept mowed so that they NEVER exceed 8 inches. The growing season is April through October. Make plans for this.

2. Driveways must be kept weed free. The growing season is April through October. Make plans for this. 

3. Shrubs must be kept in neat appearance; landscaping trimmed and weed free. No growth should protrude through fence onto common areas, especially sidewalks.

4. All dead/dying vegetation should be removed and properly discarded. (  At the present time,yard waste may be discarded in your trash if properly packaged. Regulations, and/or other solutions may be required after January 1, 2011.) Do not discard yard waste in common areas.

5. All fencing should be in good repair, clean and/or painted.

6. Yard maintenance is a year around responsibility.
