At the January 24 Annual Meeting The Board took the opportunity of having a quorum in attendence to propose a By- Law change which would require the "yes" vote of a majority of those ( i.e. a quorum ) attending the meeting.

                       The change to Article V, Section 4 proposed adding "as a member of the Board" to the By-Law stating ... "No director shall receive compensation for any service he may render to the Association." So that it would then read  : " No director shall receive compensation for any service he may render to the Association  as a member of  the Board. "

                      This would allow for directors to receive assessment credits for pool watching and maintenance.

                      After a spirited discussion, the change was approved.

                      As a result of this activity, a committee was formed to review the Association By-Laws.
