Meeting called to order at 10AM.

Minutes from February Annual Meeintg were read and approved. An addition to the minutes was the election of officers: President, Crystal Lingenfelter; Vice-President and Sargeant at Arms, Deb Bogossian; Secretary Elaine England. Other Board members: Nancy Moley, Butch Thayer, Leslie Hayes and Tony Gentile.

Treasurer"s Report: To date 87% of homeowners have paid 2011 assessments. We now pay many bills electronically, although the requirment for checks will be signatures by Treasurer and/or President or Vice-President. Signature cards will be upated at bank.

ARCH Committee:  Seven applications were approved this month.A discussion of composters: The Committee is reccomending not to allow them in the community as there are too many negatives. (See new policy on this site) Further, there are alternatives for disposal of yard waste (eg: Blue Hen Organics). Motion was made and approved to not allow composters. The committee did propose allowing portable storage bins without prior ACRH approval. Motion was made and approved by Board.

LANDSCAPE: Landscaper fertilized, $475. Addressed concern about weed removal on curbs, sidewalks and drainage swales. This will be discussed with landscaper.

POOL: New contract with new pool company: Premier Pool Managment. Rates for opening and closing and on call service will remain the same as with prior company. Sign up meeting for summer pool volunteers will be April 16th. Pool cleaners are already lined up.

PONDS: Goose repellant and some stringing are working to keep geese under control. The repellant used is Flight Control and does not harm geese.

ROADS: Mike suggested that we re-tar cracks, last done in 2007. Approximate cost $5,000. Would be done after Labor Day.

SOCIAL: Open Pool Party May 29, 2011. Yard sale June 25th.

TREES: Butch is inspecting getting ready for Lawson's.

TRASH: Recycling day is Friday. New recycle container will be delivered March 28.

NEW BUSINESS:  Ditch maintenance porposal. L&H to give estimate of cleaning of drainage pipes from Tax Ditch under Oceanside Parkway near Double Bridges entrance.
