Annual assessments will remain at $650 for the upcoming year 2010. (See Budget detail on following page.) Homeowners may disapprove this budget at the Annual Meeting, February 13, 2010, 10 am, South Coastal Library.
Assessments may be paid at any time until March 15, 2010 at the rate of $650; after that date the assessment will be $700. (No exceptions)
Individual bills will not be mailed.
