BOARD MEETING SEPTEMBER 17,2011

MEMBERS PRESENT: Crystal, Nancy, Tony, Butch, Leslie, Debbie and Elaine.

TREASURERS REPORT: 2012 Budget to be drafted at October meeting.
Certified demand letters sent to Units 31 and 48; unit 31 was received.

ARCH: Several minor issues handled without meeting.

POOL: Closed for season.

PONDS/DRAINAGE: Nancy will check with Matt if any fall 
phragmites treatment is required; generally we have phragmites
 under control.

Steve reported tax ditch pipe drained well after hurricane rains.


ROADS: Mike has scheduled crack repair; $2500 to come from Reserves.

SOCIAL: ice cream sales netted $270 from summer; will go for
 something for pool in summer of 2012.

TREES: Hurricane Irene damaged some trees in community:in common
area and on homeowner's property. A MOTION to approve the expense
of common  area clean up, Also to get bids for pruning of Bradford pears in front,
to avoid future storm damage. BOARD approved 7-0.

NEW BUSINESS: Homeowners have responded well to requests
to perform painting maintenance and the HOA has received bids
to repaint community sign posts, street signs and kiosk at pool.
MOTION:to hire Gene Kenton Painting. APPROVED. 7-0
