MINUTES OF BOARD OF DIRECTORS MEETING

MEMBERS PRESENT: Joe,Nancy,Deb,Butch,Tony and Elaine
TREASURER'S REPORT: Fran absent, but 2010 Budget has been presented and is ready for approval at Annual Meeting.
ARCHITECTURE: No applications at this time. Board would like the ARCH to set guidelines for temporary storage units.
LANDSCAPING: Nothing at this time.
DRAINAGE: Nothing at this time.
POOL: Contract for open and close will be $1400 in 2010.
PONDS: Envirotech contract is through 2010. Goose wires have be re-installed.
ROADS: Mike is monitoring three areas (Monterray, E. Hampton, and N. Hampton) for 2010 repair.
SOCIAL: No Social until warm weather.
TREES: Butch is shopping different vendors for spring project.
OLD BUSINESS: 1. Re sale certificate. 2. No new nominations for Board. 3. Garys presented his draft of the Reserve Fund Study he volunteered to produce. Board approved 6-0.
NEW BUSINESS:Dog running loose at #157.
