BOARD OF DIRECTORS MEETING APRIL 16, 2011
MEETING CALLED TO ORDER AT 10AM.
Minutes of March meeting were read and approved.
TREASURER'S REPORT: Fran reported 98,890 collected. Only three more have paid since March 15, 2011.
ARCHITECTURE COMMITTEE: Approval given to five applications, including one expedited.
LANDSCAPE: Approved planting a tree at old Half Moon Bay sign site. A dogwood was considered. Landscaper was notified about weeds in rock drainage swale on Monterray.
POOL: Outside faucet to be moved front front to shower side. Today is pool volunteer sign up day. Pool to open May 28, 2011.
PONDS: New aquamaster aerator will be installed in Pond 2; all should be in soon. Geese are being controlled by spray technique. Motion to spray a second time was approved.
SOCIAL: Fooe for May 29 cook out will be purchased from Cottage Cafe.
TREES: Butch is preparing list for Lawson Tree: Broken top on Anna Maria; Bushes on Mulberry; Newport Village pine by fence.
OLD BUSINESS: TRASH: Recycling began April 1(no fooling); about 40 homes participated in the Voluntary recycling. Our landscaper, Natural Creativity is available to pick up yard waste (for a fee) as it is NOT allowed anymore in Trash or Recycling.DWSA also has site for drop off, again for a fee.
Tax Ditch maintenance project (LH Excavating) is beginning; Miss Utility has marked area
