BOARD MEETING MAY 21, 2011

 

TREASURER'S RPEORT: Collected $120, 725 to date; 15 homeowners are not paid. No admittance list will be prepared for pool.

ARCH COMMITTEE: Three applications approved.

LANDSCAPING: Mulch to be spread week of May 23rd.

POOL: Cover off, bathrooms painted, furniture powerwashed. Chemicals will be delivered.

PONDS: Electric cable for aerator in Pond#2 chewed by muskrat; replaced.

ROADS: No new business.

SOCIAL: Pool opening party to be held May 29th. Food ordered. Will not sell sodas at pool this year. Water will be for pool volunteers.

TREES: Lawson's is not dependable; Butch will give them one more chance to finish job before hiring someone else.

OLD BUSINESS: Tax Ditch: waiting for water levels to drop before any further work by LH Excavating.

Recycling: Yard waste can be deposed at Selbyville Pet and Garden, for customers. We will have recycle cans at pool for bottles, cans etc. Also, old DWSA cans can be used for Allied recycling.

NEW BUSINESS: Get estimates to replace five windows in pool house. E mails re yard mainenance were addressed at executive session; fines will be imposed on those still not in compliance after deadline.
