BOARD OF DIRECTORS MAY 17, 2008

A member of our community who is member of CAI (Community Assiciations Instiute), highly recommended that our HOA join this group. The CAI protects HOAs and provides valuable resource and reference material to aide community association mangement. He will provide application information.
TREASURERS REPORT: The treasurer was absent. Nancy reported for her that 15 homeowners are still in arrears for 2008 assessments.
ARC REPORT: The replacement fence for the common area adjoining unit #66 will be done at HOA expense. The fencing at the boundary with Bethany Breeeze will be put on hold at this time due to the cost and the necessity or practicality of it. Letters will be sent to homeowners who have not maintained their grass.
LANDSCAPING: Our contractor will be finished with the stone area near pond one by Memorial Day. Benches and plants wil complete the area.
PONDS: The two new aquamaster aerators were installed in ponds one and two.
SOCIAL: Opening pool May 24th; Opening pool party May 25th.
